Privacy Policy

Privacy by design: X1 Hero Swap is non-custodial. It does not hold customer funds, control customer wallets, or receive customer private keys or seed phrases.

1. Scope

This policy describes information processed when you use the X1 Hero Swap website and interface. It does not cover independent services, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, bridges, payment providers, or websites that you choose to use through or alongside the interface.

2. Information processed

• Public blockchain information: wallet addresses, token balances, public pool data, and transaction identifiers may be read from the X1 blockchain and displayed to you.
• Device-local preferences: remembered public wallet addresses and watchlist preferences may be stored in your browser using local storage. This information remains on your device unless your browser or an extension synchronizes it.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may automatically process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, requested pages, and diagnostic logs.
• Information you provide to third parties: payment and identity information entered into MoonPay or another provider is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy. X1 Hero Swap does not receive card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, private keys, or seed phrases.

3. How information is used

Information is processed to operate and secure the interface, display public blockchain data, remember preferences you select, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and support transactions you explicitly initiate.

4. Non-custodial transactions

Wallet connection reveals a public wallet address to the interface. Every blockchain transaction must be initiated and authorized by you through your wallet. X1 Hero Swap cannot access or transfer assets without that authorization.

5. Third-party services

The interface may link to or open third-party services, including wallet software, MoonPay, Warp Bridge, XDEX, blockchain RPC services, and block explorers. Those services control their own data practices. Review their privacy policies before use.

6. Sharing and sale of information

X1 Hero Swap does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers as necessary to host and secure the website, or disclosed when legally required. Public blockchain activity is inherently visible to anyone.

7. Retention and your choices

Device-local preferences remain until you clear browser storage or remove them through available controls. Infrastructure providers may retain technical logs under their own retention schedules. You may disconnect your wallet, clear local storage, block optional browser features, or stop using the interface.

8. Security

Reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access and misuse, but no website, wallet, blockchain, or transmission method is completely secure. Never share a private key or seed phrase with this interface or anyone claiming to represent it.

9. Children

The interface is not directed to children or anyone below the legal age required to enter binding agreements in their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as the interface, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

11. Contact

Privacy questions may be submitted through the official project channels linked from the X1 Hero Swap website. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, payment-card data, or identity documents.
