Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026

Key terms: X1 Hero Swap is a non-custodial interface. It does not hold or move customer funds, execute transactions without customer instruction, or charge or receive platform, developer, routing, referral, spread, or transaction fees.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using X1 Hero Swap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and comply with the laws applicable to you.

2. The interface

X1 Hero Swap provides software that displays public blockchain information and helps users prepare interactions with public X1 blockchain protocols. You choose each action and authorize each transaction through your own wallet.

3. Non-custodial operation

• X1 Hero Swap does not possess or control customer private keys, seed phrases, wallets, fiat, or cryptoassets.
• X1 Hero Swap cannot initiate, approve, reverse, recover, freeze, or cancel a blockchain transaction for you.
• You remain solely responsible for your wallet, credentials, device security, addresses, selected assets, transaction parameters, and approvals.

4. No fees received by X1 Hero Swap

X1 Hero Swap charges and receives no platform, developer, routing, referral, spread, or transaction fees. Independent services may charge their own disclosed fees, including blockchain network fees, liquidity-pool fees, bridge fees, wallet fees, card or bank fees, foreign-exchange costs, and payment-provider fees. Those amounts are not charged or received by X1 Hero Swap.

5. Third-party services

The interface may connect to or open independent services such as wallet applications, MoonPay, Warp Bridge, XDEX, RPC providers, token contracts, and block explorers. These services are not controlled by X1 Hero Swap and may impose separate terms, privacy practices, availability rules, eligibility checks, identity verification, limits, or fees. Your use of them is a relationship between you and the applicable provider.

6. User instructions and authorization

X1 Hero Swap does not move funds without your instruction and does not execute discretionary trades on your behalf. A displayed quote or prepared transaction is not executed unless you explicitly authorize it through your wallet or payment provider. Review every asset, address, amount, route, fee, and instruction before approval.

7. No financial advice

Information presented through the interface is for transactional and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a recommendation; a solicitation; or a guarantee of price, liquidity, execution, availability, or outcome.

8. Risks

Cryptoassets and decentralized protocols involve substantial risk, including price volatility, loss of value, smart-contract defects, incompatible tokens, malicious assets, failed or delayed transactions, slippage, liquidity loss, bridge failure, network congestion, forks, RPC outages, wallet compromise, regulatory change, and irreversible user error. You assume these risks and should not transact with assets you cannot afford to lose.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the interface for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, market manipulation, exploitation, malware distribution, interference with the service, unauthorized access, or violation of another service's terms. You are responsible for confirming that your use is permitted in your location.

10. Availability and changes

The interface may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time. Public data, quotes, routes, and integrations may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. No uninterrupted operation or particular transaction outcome is guaranteed.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, X1 Hero Swap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of assets, failed transactions, or third-party conduct arising from use of the interface.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the interface, integrations, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
